Guest Access
The home is locked at all times via smart locks. Once you book, you will receive your PIN and instructions to get in. This space is exclusively used for Airbnb guests: You will have access to the entire home, but NOT inside the garage or beyond the privacy fence in the backyard (northside of property). Parking is available in the private driveway adjacent to the house or on the street. **NOTE** For any race weekends, guests will only have access to park their vehicles in the driveway. Guests will not be allowed to park in the front lawn. The owners of the property will be parking cars for race weekends on the northside of the property behind the privacy fence.

Guests have private parking in the driveway and also street parking. Restaurants and bars are within a 5 minute walk. Shopping and grocery stores are within a 5 minute drive. The town of Speedway is walkable and bikeable. Guests can easily drive or Uber/Lyft downtown Indianapolis, located 15 minutes from the house. The house is also centrally located to the surrounding areas of Indianapolis and only a 5 minute drive to the nearest highway. Guests can walk a short block to the B&O Trail which offers a 2.5 mile paved trail to explore the sites of the town and beyond.
